Virtual Mold Consult

$250

Do you suspect mold issues in your home, but you’re not sure where to start? Are you dealing with complex health issues and an overload of information? Navigating mold can be overwhelming, but I can help.

During this virtual consult we will spend two hours figuring out the specifics of your mold situation, and coming up with an action plan. We will review what you know, including any prior inspection reports or test results, and determine what you still need to know.

Finally, we’ll build your action plan for moving forward. This might include coming up with a sampling plan for future testing, dealing with belongings, or identifying the next professional you need on your team.

Following this initial consult, additional support can be booked in 30 minute increments.

Whether you are just starting the process, or if you have already hired multiple inspectors to try to identify your mold sources, finding mold can be incredibly difficult. I take a different approach to mold investigation, increasing the chances that you will deal with your mold issues successfully.

This on-site consultation will include the same services as the virtual option, as well as an indoor and outdoor inspection focused on identifying areas of high concern for moisture intrusion and mold. During the consult we will work together to build a sampling plan, if appropriate. I can gather the samples on site or leave the swabs for you to use later. We will use the information to create a guide for any future inspections to increase the likelihood of success.

Holistic Home Assessment

Comprehensive home assessment to build a complete picture of the health of your home. The assessment includes both an outdoor and indoor inspection based on the principles of Building Biology, screening for the following:

EMFs
Moisture intrusion and mold
Household products and home goods
Indoor air quality
Water quality

This holistic assessment of your home will take approximately 5-6 hours, and also includes many lifestyle factors: cookware, dishes, sleeping space, lead exposures, personal care and cleaning products, etc.

Included in the cost of the assessment is a 30 minute initial phone consultation, and a 30 minute post-inspection phone consultation during which we will review your report together, and make sure you’re comfortable with next steps.
